Value Creation.

The conducted quantitative questionnaires in different geographic areas of Shanghai, as well as a focus group, were the basis to gain market insights and to allow our marketing team to outline four main segments. These are caretakers, businessmen, shopping ladies and healthy adults. The target segment for the first launch will be the healthy youngsters, as this segment goes in line with Chobani's values and can therefore be more effectively targeted. Read more in Assignment #3!
