Assignment #1 is the first stop of the breaking-in / breaking-out journey! Chobani will be analyzed and described based on secondary data, which is available for reference on the Sources page. In this section, Chobani's current Marketing Mix in the United States and the external analysis of the Chinese Dairy industry will be presented. Porter's 5 Forces will give an overall insight about the current situation within the Chinese Dairy industry.
